In 2004 when Residential Renaissance LLC officially started, John Bianchi wanted to form a remodeling company that he would want to hire. Never in his business plan did he say that he wanted to be the largest, or, for that matter, the "best" (difficult to define), but he did want to be the most personable and give his clients the quality work they deserve. He wanted to be on each project either doing the work or overseeing other professionals. He wanted to take on projects that required problem solving, where other remodeling companies would fall short or shy away from. With his background in Mechanical Engineering, a picky eye for detail, and the "gift" of gab, he believed he had a winning combination. Residential Renaissance LLC has been busy ALL through word-of-mouth since the very beginning. Being, for the most part, a one-man-show, the schedule is pretty full. But if you can wait, it'll be well worth it!
