Most projects need, at a minimum, a conceptual design as the first step. Residential Renaissance LLC will produce scale drawings for smaller projects in-house, while larger, more elaborate projects will be handled by architectural firms with which we frequently work. From these drawings we'll produce a budgetary number or detailed proposal, depending on the stage of the project. Upon acceptance of the proposal, a project schedule is produced.
